The machine is equipped with an 80T hydraulic pressing system, using a 20MPa system pressure and six synchronized 350mm×70mm hydraulic cylinders with closed-loop pressure stabilization. The hydraulic system adopts Rexroth-standard hydraulic valve components and SKF sealing elements, supporting stable pressing performance with pressure fluctuation controlled within ±1.5%.
For composite panel forming, the equipment integrates a 72kW heating system and 2.2kW thermal oil circulation pump. The maximum temperature reaches 100℃, with segmented PID zone temperature control. The temperature difference across the pressing surface is controlled within ±0.3℃, supporting low-temperature hot pressing processes for GFK and honeycomb sandwich panels.
The machine features a large working table of 4600mm×2650mm with a maximum opening distance of 300mm, allowing complete pressing of full-size vehicle side panels and roof panels in one operation. The automatic roller conveyor feeding system enables automatic material loading and unloading without manual transportation.
The intelligent control system includes a 10-inch PLC touch screen, process parameter storage, fault self-diagnosis, and real-time temperature and pressure curve recording. The system also reserves industrial data interfaces for connection with German MES production management systems.
Safety configuration includes protective fencing, safety light curtains, emergency stop buttons, over-temperature power protection, hydraulic overload pressure relief, and electrical leakage protection, meeting German workshop safety requirements.
After installation, the customer recognized the advantages of the automatic feeding structure and stable pressing system in daily production. The large-format working platform reduced the need for repeated panel positioning and supported more standardized processing of vehicle composite panels.
The customer also valued the integrated safety design, including safety light curtains, overload protection, and temperature protection. These configurations helped the equipment better match the safety management requirements of German industrial production environments.
