Product Description:

The air conditioning foam board hot press machine is a high-performance composite equipment designed for manufacturing insulation structural boards. It integrates three major functions: hot pressing curing, foaming molding, and laminating molding, achieving an efficient process of "one-time molding, multi-layer composite". Place pre cut metal panels (such as color coated sheets, galvanized sheets) and intermediate foam materials (usually polyurethane PU or polystyrene EPS premix) between hot pressing molds or pressure plates. Some processes may also add flame retardant layers, sound insulation layers, or reinforcing ribs. It can be kept at constant temperature and pressure for a certain time, so that the foam can be fully crosslinked and cured. At the same time, the panel can be strongly bonded with the foam layer to form a composite panel with high strength, lightweight and excellent thermal insulation performance.
