The multi-point pressure distribution structure helps maintain balanced pressing force across large panels and reduces the risk of uneven bonding caused by local pressure differences.

The equipment features a 4-layer independent pressing structure, with each layer equipped with a 120mm opening distance. This configuration allows four groups of panels to be processed within one pressing cycle, supporting different production requirements in the same factory environment.

For panel accuracy, the machine is equipped with a 4000*1500*50mm thick precision-ground working platen. The platen flatness is controlled within ≤0.05mm, supporting stable panel forming and consistent surface quality.

The heating system includes a total heating power of 54kW, with segmented temperature adjustment up to 100℃. A 3kW thermal oil pump provides circulating heat transfer, while panel temperature difference is controlled within <±2℃, supporting stable adhesive curing conditions.

The power system uses a 7.5kW hydraulic pump, combined with a 20-ton heavy-duty steel frame structure designed to resist long-term deformation during continuous production.
