The hydraulic system is equipped with an overflow valve. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the overflow valve will automatically open to release pressure, preventing damage to the oil pump, oil cylinder, pipeline, and mold due to excessive pressure. The device is equipped with an electronic sensing limit and a mechanical hard limit dual level overtravel protection system, which provides a dual safety cover for the lifting stroke of the pressure plate. Pre set the safe travel range for the lifting of the pressure plate based on the height of the bending mold and the thickness of the workpiece. When the pressure plate exceeds the set electronic threshold during operation, the over limit automatic protector will be triggered immediately. The emergency brake button is set on the equipment control panel and key positions, and is designed with a red mushroom head emergency stop switch. Regardless of the operating state of the equipment, the operator can instantly cut off the power output by pressing this button.
