The complete unit comprises two hot press main machines and matching conveyor frames. It adopts a modular long frame layout with a relatively compact structure. The conveyor track runs through the hot pressing stations to achieve automatic material loading and unloading. Equipped with a hydraulic drive structure and a thermal oil electric heating circulation system, and controlled by an integrated PLC and touch screen, it can perform continuous hot pressing operations on plant fiber blanks and meet the forming requirements of natural plant fiber composites.

• Superior production capacity: The automatic conveyor structure can replace manual loading and unloading. Material flow links with hot pressing procedures to help maintain continuous production. Dual hot press stations press blanks in sequence, which can reduce station idle time to a certain extent. The integrated temperature and hydraulic control systems help keep the forming status of each batch of panels relatively consistent, reduce process fluctuations caused by manual operation, and are suitable for stable mass production schedules in factories.
• Security guarantee: The machine is equipped with electric interlock protection. Conveying and hot pressing movements are logically interlocked to help prevent equipment conflicts. The hydraulic system installs pressure protection components to reduce the risk of overload conditions. The heating circuit supports temperature monitoring and real-time feedback of medium temperature.
