System Overview

10m automatic conveying hot press line integrates precision heating, cooling shaping and continuous transport units, dedicated to integrated curing of carbon fiber prepreg, ski boards, pickleball paddles and automotive composite floor mats. PLC full-process unattended operation with fully enclosed thermal shielding. Widely used in mass production of sports gear & auto interior composite parts, standardized spare parts for easy overseas maintenance.
