The customer is a solar panel manufacturer in Vietnam requiring one set of solar panel manufacturing equipment for photovoltaic module production.
The machine is applied in a production environment with high humidity and frequent rainfall conditions. Therefore, the customer required equipment with strong environmental adaptability, reliable hydraulic performance, and international-standard electrical control.
The main requirements included stable pressing performance, accurate temperature control, user-friendly operation, and protective designs to reduce maintenance risks caused by moisture and corrosion.
Based on the customer’s production requirements and local environmental conditions, we provided a solar panel manufacturing machine equipped with advanced hydraulic and temperature control systems.
The equipment adopts a 3-cylinder synchronous hydraulic balanced pressing system, which helps distribute pressing force evenly during operation and supports stable processing conditions for solar panel production.
For temperature management, the machine integrates a constant-temperature oil circulation heating system with ±0.5℃ temperature control accuracy. This precise heating control supports consistent thermal processing conditions and helps manufacturers maintain process stability during production.
To meet international export requirements, the machine is equipped with CE-standard electrical components, a Chinese-English bilingual PLC touchscreen control system, and a complete safety protection mesh structure. These configurations improve operational convenience and support safer equipment management in overseas factories.
Considering Vietnam’s humid and rainy climate, the machine adopts reinforced anti-rust spray treatment and a sealed hydraulic oil circuit design. These protective measures help reduce corrosion risks of hydraulic components and minimize potential oil leakage issues caused by environmental factors.
After delivery and installation, the customer recognized the equipment’s suitability for Vietnam’s climate conditions and solar panel production requirements.
