This equipment is a frame-type integrated aluminum foil coating and printing machine based on a compact gantry frame layout. It combines unwinding, roller glue line printing, temperature-controlled heating, conveying, and fixed-length cutting units in one coordinated system.
It is intended for aluminum honeycomb core manufacturing and applies adhesive strips to aluminum foil substrates through roller printing. Gluing, preheating, and cutting are carried out in a continuous workflow, yielding glued foil with relatively aligned ends for subsequent honeycomb core stacking. Compared with spray gluing methods, roller coating printing can support more repeatable adhesive strip formation.
The machine offers continuous stepless speed adjustment to suit different production tact arrangements. Coating, heating, and cutting operate in a synchronized flow and generally do not require transfer between separate stations, which can help reduce downtime linked to process handover. Adhesive strips are formed in a relatively consistent way, and cut ends tend to remain aligned, which can lower adjustment work during later core stacking and support batch processing of honeycomb core substrates.
The machine is equipped with a separate electric control cabinet that uses a divided layout for power and control circuits. Guard space is provided around moving rollers, and interlock limit mechanisms are fitted at operating positions. The heating module applies closed-loop temperature regulation to help lower the chance of local overheating. The electric cabinet is isolated and protected to help limit dust and aluminum scrap contamination, which can support basic safety needs in extended workshop operation.
The machine produces glued aluminum foil substrates for aluminum honeycomb core manufacturing and can be used in aluminum honeycomb panel production lines. Finished honeycomb cores are often applied in building curtain wall panels, cleanroom sandwich panels, lightweight rail transit components, marine composite panels, and decorative honeycomb boards.
Rollers, transmission assemblies, heating ducts, and cutting mechanisms are arranged in modular form to facilitate inspection and disassembly. Lubrication points are provided at transmission locations, and the control panel gives status feedback for condition checks. Routine maintenance mainly involves cleaning glue rollers, removing dust from heating ducts, and checking gaps in cutting guides. Periodic fastener tightening can help support more uniform operation over time.
