This frame-style integrated aluminum foil coating and printing equipment adopts a compact gantry frame layout. It combines unwinding, roller glue line printing, temperature-adjustable heating, material conveying, and fixed-length cutting modules into one coordinated working system.
It is tailored for the production of aluminum honeycomb core materials. Through roller printing, the equipment creates continuous adhesive lines on aluminum foil base materials. Glue application, preheating, and cutting are completed within a continuous working flow. The output aluminum foil with adhesive has relatively neat cutting ends, which can proceed directly to the subsequent honeycomb core stacking process. Compared with spray gluing methods, roller coating printing helps obtain adhesive strips with good consistency and repeatability.
The equipment comes with continuous stepless speed adjustment to match varied production cycle arrangements. Coating, heating, and cutting procedures run in coordination, and material transfer between separate stations is not required. This cuts down idle time caused by process handover. Adhesive lines maintain good uniformity and cutting positions stay well-aligned, which can lower the adjustment workload in the follow-up stacking step and facilitate the batch processing of honeycomb core base materials.
An independent electrical control cabinet is configured, with power circuits and control circuits arranged separately. Protective clearance is set around rotating rollers, and interlocking limit structures are mounted at operation positions. The heating unit uses closed-loop temperature adjustment to lower the risk of partial overheating. The control cabinet is fitted with isolation protection to mitigate pollution from dust and aluminum debris, suitable for long-duration continuous running in workshop environments and matching common workshop safety specifications.
It supplies glued aluminum foil base materials for aluminum honeycomb core fabrication and can cooperate with aluminum honeycomb panel production lines. The processed honeycomb cores are applicable to building curtain wall plates, cleanroom sandwich boards, lightweight rail transit parts, marine composite plates, and decorative honeycomb sheets.
Coating rollers, transmission components, heating runners, and cutting assemblies are arranged in modular form, convenient for inspection and disassembly. Lubrication ports are reserved at transmission joints, and the control interface displays running information in real time for status check. Daily maintenance mainly covers glue roller cleaning, heating duct dust clearance, and cutting guide gap inspection. Regular fastening of connecting fasteners contributes to stable running over a long period.
