The Henriet aluminum honeycomb core double-side stacking machine is a dedicated automatic auxiliary machine for the honeycomb core assembling process. It features an integrated frame with a neat layout, finished mainly in red and white, and is equipped with a PLC touch control unit and acousto-optic warning components that allow connection with honeycomb core production lines. The machine completes double-side synchronous stacking via a pneumatic mechanism to arrange and position honeycomb core blanks in an orderly manner, replacing the traditional manual stacking mode.
The machine adopts a double-side synchronous stacking structure with a standardized stacking process and stable consistency of stacked layers. Controlled by program logic, its operation rhythm can match the output pace of upstream honeycomb core pre-processing and continuously provide assembled stacks. It avoids misalignment and disordered arrangement caused by manual operation, keeps a uniform feeding condition for subsequent composite processes, and reduces production downtime caused by abnormal raw stacks.
The machine is fitted with an acousto-optic alarm to send warning signals under abnormal working conditions. The electric control area uses closed cabinet protection to isolate electrical components and reduce accidental contact risks. The pneumatic circuit comes with standard pressure protection logic to restrict actuator movement when the air supply is abnormal. The frame structure is stable, and guardrails divide the working zone to separate moving mechanisms from operators.
It fits mass-production lines of aluminum honeycomb core. The finished honeycomb core stacks can be used for composite processing of building curtain wall panels, cleanroom enclosure honeycomb panels, rail transit composite panels, marine interior panels, and furniture aluminum honeycomb panels, serving as auxiliary process equipment for honeycomb panel production lines.
The machine features a modular layout, with pneumatic assemblies, electric control units, and transmission components arranged separately for easy point-to-point maintenance. Routine maintenance focuses on cleaning the air filter unit, lubricating moving pairs, calibrating sensor positions, and inspecting wiring. Periodic inspection of pneumatic pipe joints, the touch screen, and alarm components is required, and worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner to maintain stable long-term operation. No large-scale disassembly of the main frame is needed for maintenance.
