Description

The automatic conveyor line of a hot press machine is a combined production unit that deeply integrates the hot press host and the automated conveyor system. Its core structure consists of a hot press machine body, a feeding and conveying mechanism, a discharging and conveying device, a hydraulic lifting system, and an electrical control system. The front and rear work platforms are equipped with hydraulic lifting roller conveyors, which can smoothly feed the pre installed boards into the hot press chamber, and automatically remove the finished boards and transfer them to the next workstation. The hot pressing host and conveyor frame form a collaborative closed-loop operation, realizing the full automation flow from board loading, hot pressing curing to finished product unloading.
