The 50-ton pressure automatic conveyor hot press is a continuous production line that fully integrates automatic feeding, servo-controlled positioning, precision hot pressing, thermal curing, and automated offloading into a single cohesive system. At its core, this equipment combines a heavy-duty hot pressing station with a variable-frequency-driven automatic conveyor network.
Its primary function is to continuously feed a wide variety of surface materials—decorative paper, wood veneers, and laminates—along with OSB oriented strand boards, honeycomb sandwich panels, lightweight wood-core panels, and other engineered substrates directly into the high-temperature pressing zone. Under precisely controlled thermal and compressive forces, each panel stack is consolidated in a single press cycle, achieving complete, uniform bonding across the full surface area.
