In Russia, wood doors, composite panels, and honeycomb panels require reliable pressing equipment for bonding and forming processes. During winter, low workshop temperatures can also place additional requirements on hydraulic components and machine operation. For manufacturers processing large panels, pressure distribution, working-table size, pressing stroke, and hydraulic system adaptability are important factors when selecting a cold press machine.
A Russian customer purchased two 3-cylinder hydraulic cold press machines for wood door, composite panel, and honeycomb panel pressing operations. The equipment is used for panel bonding and forming, where uniform pressure is required to reduce localized pressing problems such as bonding voids, delamination, and panel warping.
The customer required a machine suitable for large-format panel processing while maintaining practical operation under local winter workshop conditions.
Based on the application requirements, Henglite supplied a 60-ton 3-cylinder hydraulic cold press machine equipped with a 3500 * 1250 mm working table. The machine uses three Φ125 mm hydraulic cylinders arranged for distributed pressing across the working area.
The hydraulic system is driven by a 5.5 kW motor, while the effective pressing stroke can be selected from 1000 mm, 1300 mm, or 1500 mm according to the required panel thickness and pressing conditions.
For the Russian operating environment, the machine frame was reinforced, and hydraulic components were configured to accommodate low-temperature workshop conditions. The pressing structure is designed to provide distributed pressure across the panel surface, supporting bonding and forming processes for different composite materials.
During the application, the customer focused on the machine's ability to handle wood doors, composite panels, and honeycomb panels with different pressing requirements. The 3500 * 1250 mm working table provides a suitable processing area for these panel applications, while the three-cylinder configuration supports distributed pressing across the workpiece.
The adjustable effective stroke also gives the customer flexibility when processing products with different thicknesses.
