This hydraulic scissor lift platform is built for workshop duty. A cross-braced scissor frame in welded steel carries a broad, flat table, and the control box sits separately, outside the machine. The layout is straightforward and the motion is smooth, which suits a loading position ahead of hot-press and cold-press stations. Hydraulic drive raises and lowers the table steadily, so the unit works as supporting equipment on composite door-panel lines.
The travel of the table is set to match the working height of panel tooling and to line up with press infeed positions, which narrows the height gap when workpieces are moved. A steady lifting reference helps keep panels aligned during positioning and fits a continuous panel-processing rhythm. The scissor frame is welded as one unit, spreading load across the structure; it is intended for large flat workpieces such as honeycomb and sandwich composite panels, and for repeated start-stop duty over extended runs.
The hydraulic circuit includes overload protection that guards the oil path under abnormal conditions. Lowering can be paused and resumed as needed, keeping table descent controlled and reducing the chance of a workpiece shifting when the table drops. A vertical control pendant stands apart from the lift zone, so the operator can work the table from a distance. Warning markings along the table edge indicate load limits and support standard loading practice.
The platform suits plants that process aluminium honeycomb, paper honeycomb, sandwich composites, solid wood doors, composite door panels and cleanroom panels. On panel lamination lines it is often paired with hot presses and cold presses as loading support equipment.
Check hydraulic hose fittings, scissor hinge pins and control wiring on a routine basis. Clear panel offcuts from the table and base so debris does not interfere with the moving scissor linkage. Change the hydraulic oil on the specified interval and lubricate the rotating hinge points. During servicing, run a no-load lift test to confirm that travel and limit response behave as expected.
