This stationary scissor lifting platform is a type of hydraulic lifting equipment developed for workshop operation scenarios. It applies a crossed scissor steel frame structure, paired with a broad and flat worktable surface, and is fitted with an independent external control box. The equipment features a concise and stable overall layout, which fits well with the feeding stations ahead of hot pressing and cold pressing procedures. Powered by a hydraulic system, it enables smooth and even lifting movement of the worktable, and functions as supporting auxiliary equipment for composite door panel production lines.

The lifting stroke of the platform is designed to match the operating height of panel processing tooling, and can align with the feeding position of pressing equipment, so as to minimize the height difference during workpiece transfer. A stable and consistent lifting reference helps keep panel positioning relatively uniform, and can adapt to continuous panel processing workflows. The integrally welded scissor frame helps distribute the applied load in a relatively even manner, making it suitable for carrying large flat workpieces like honeycomb panels and sandwich composite panels, and can support long-period cyclic start-stop operations.

The hydraulic circuit is built with overload protection settings, which can reduce the risk of abnormal oil circuit conditions when the equipment bears extra load. The lowering movement of the worktable can be paused and resumed at any point, which helps lower the possibility of workpiece displacement caused by sudden platform descent. The independent vertical control pendant is placed outside the lifting movement area, so that operators can complete lifting control operations from a relatively safe distance. Warning labels attached to the edge of the worktable clearly mark load guidance, and help guide users to follow standard loading procedures.

This platform is suitable for processing factories that produce aluminum honeycomb panels, paper honeycomb panels, sandwich composite materials, solid wood doors, composite door panels and clean room panels. It is often installed as feeding supporting equipment that works with hot presses and cold presses in panel lamination production lines.

Carry out regular checks on hydraulic hose connections, scissor hinge pins and control circuit wiring. Clear the debris that accumulates on the worktable surface and the base of the equipment, so as to prevent foreign matters from getting stuck in the movable scissor structure. Replace the hydraulic oil according to the recommended cycle, and apply proper lubricant to the rotating hinge points. During maintenance work, complete no-load lifting tests to confirm the smooth movement of the platform and the normal response of limit components.
