The lifting range is matched to panel tooling working heights and press feeding levels, which helps reduce height differences when transferring workpieces. A consistent lifting reference supports uniform panel positioning and fits continuous panel processing flows. The welded integrated scissor frame spreads load across the structure and is intended for large flat workpieces such as honeycomb panels and sandwich composite panels; it also supports repeated start-stop operation over extended periods.
The hydraulic circuit includes overload protection to help limit abnormal oil-circuit conditions during overload situations. The lowering action can be paused and resumed as needed, which helps reduce the chance of workpiece movement from a sudden table drop. A standalone vertical control pendant is placed away from the lifting area, letting operators manage lifting from a position outside that zone. Markings on the table edge indicate load limits and offer guidance for loading work.
The platform is suitable for plants that process aluminum honeycomb panels, paper honeycomb panels, sandwich composites, solid wood doors, composite door panels, and clean room panels. It is often used as feeding auxiliary equipment paired with hot presses and cold presses in panel lamination lines.
Check hydraulic hose joints, scissor hinge pins, and control wiring at planned intervals. Remove panel debris from the table and base to reduce the chance of foreign objects interfering with the moving scissor mechanism. Change hydraulic oil at the recommended interval and apply lubricant to rotating hinge points. During maintenance, run lifting tests in an unloaded condition to check movement and limit response.
