The machine features a simple and stable layout, making it suitable for feeding stations before hot pressing and cold pressing processes. Driven by hydraulic power, it delivers steady table lifting movement and serves as auxiliary equipment for composite door panel production lines.
The lifting range matches the working height of panel tooling and aligns with press feeding positions to reduce height differences during workpiece transfer. A consistent lifting reference supports uniform panel positioning and fits continuous panel processing workflows. The welded integrated scissor frame distributes load evenly, designed to carry large flat workpieces such as honeycomb panels and sandwich composite panels, and supports long-duration cyclic start-stop operations.
The hydraulic circuit is equipped with overload protection to prevent abnormal oil circuit conditions under overloading. The lowering action can be started and stopped at will to avoid workpiece shifting caused by sudden table descent. The standalone vertical control pendant is separated from the lifting zone, allowing operators to control lifting from a safe distance. Warning marks on the table edge define load limits and guide standard loading operations.
Suitable for factories processing aluminum honeycomb panels, paper honeycomb panels, sandwich composite materials, solid wood doors, composite door panels, and clean room panels. It is commonly deployed as feeding auxiliary equipment matched with hot presses and cold presses in panel lamination production lines.
Inspect hydraulic hose joints, scissor hinge pins, and control wiring regularly. Clear panel debris accumulated on the table and base to prevent foreign objects from jamming the movable scissor mechanism. Replace hydraulic oil following the specified cycle and apply lubricant to rotating hinge points. Perform lifting tests under no-load conditions during maintenance to verify normal movement and limit response.
