Sturdy safety guards cover both sides of the machine, protecting operators from moving parts in cylinder and pressure plate zones. Mechanical limit stops are installed at the conveyor-main unit junction to prevent panel deviation or slippage during feeding. Standard industrial warning labels clearly indicate hazardous moving areas for on-site personnel safety.

This conveyor-equipped cold press is ideal for room-temperature composite pressing of various panel materials and is widely adopted by composite panel manufacturers. Specific applications include:

Hydraulic oil should be replaced according to maintenance cycles; connecting bolts require retightening, and electrical terminal tightness should be checked regularly. Replace conveyor belts promptly when aging or cracking occurs. Safety components including guards and emergency-stop systems should be repaired immediately when damaged. Machine operation should cease when faults are detected. Disassembly of hydraulic valve blocks and pressure adjustment components should be performed by qualified personnel only.
