This heavy-duty double-layer hot press conveyor line adopts an integrated frame construction, suitable for processing honeycomb panels, sandwich composite materials and multiple door-type products. Built with sturdy cabinet-style industrial frameworks, it is fitted with roller conveyor assemblies at both the material entry and exit ends.

The equipment combines material feeding and hot-pressing operations into a single integrated system. It is equipped with hydraulic compression units and circulating heating assemblies to finish panel lamination under progressive material transportation conditions. The setup helps cut down repeated manual handling steps and supports a relatively smooth hot-pressing production sequence.
