Product Overview

The heavy-duty automatic feeding and unloading cold press production line is a fully automated system engineered for room-temperature hydraulic consolidation of multi-layer composite panels. Its core architecture integrates a high-capacity cold press with an automatic infeed/outfeed conveyor network driven by chain or roller mechanisms and precision servo positioning.

The system automatically transfers pre-assembled stacks of glued wooden door panels, acoustic panels, marine diamond boards, and other engineered substrates into the pressing zone. There, adhesive layers achieve complete curing under sustained room-temperature pressure before the consolidated panels are automatically discharged.
