The core adopts a six layer independent hot press station+a multi cylinder synchronous hydraulic drive system, and the six layer pressure plate can achieve synchronous lifting and linkage production.

The six layer structure allows the equipment to simultaneously process six layers of boards in the same footprint. The hydraulic system adopts hydraulic balance technology and high-pressure energy storage device, with small installed power but fast closing speed, greatly improving equipment efficiency. The intelligent temperature control system starts and stops heating as needed, combined with high-density fully wrapped insulation layer, greatly reducing useless heat loss.
2,Integrated Safety and Protection
All safety related control signals, such as emergency stop buttons and infrared gratings, are processed through independent dual circuit safety relays. Each floor is equipped with an independent overpressure relief valve, an over temperature power-off protection module, a high-definition visual pressure monitoring table, and a real-time temperature display screen. When the pressure and temperature are abnormal, the power source can be instantly cut off and the pressure/cooling can be automatically reduced to prevent the scrapping of the board and equipment overload damage.

The six layer hot press machine, with its efficient multi-layer design, uniform heating performance, and precise pressure control, has a wide range of applications in metal composite panel processing, wood processing, furniture manufacturing, and composite material forming. In the manufacturing of metal composite panels, the equipment is suitable for large-scale compression molding of stainless steel honeycomb panels, ensuring a strong bond between the honeycomb core material and the panel through uniform heating and high-pressure action. In the field of high-end composite materials, equipment can be used for precision hot pressing of carbon fiber boards and polyurethane foam boards. Its precise temperature control system meets the strict requirements of composite materials for curing temperature curves, and plays a key role in the production of insulation pads and lightweight components for new energy vehicle power batteries.
