Description
The two-layer hot press machine (bottom to top pressure) is an efficient hot press composite equipment developed specifically for various heavy-duty building panels. The whole machine adopts a reverse architecture innovation of "lower fixed worktable+upper movable pressing plate+hydraulic lifting drive". The core consists of two independently arranged hydraulic lifting systems and a partitioned thermal oil circulation heating system.

The bottom hydraulic cylinder adopts a high flow filling valve design. When unloaded, the support plate rises rapidly and instantly switches to high-pressure slow compression mode after contacting the plate. This "fast forward slow press" action logic not only protects the sheet structure, but also maximizes the compression of non production waiting time.
2,Integrated Safety and Protection
A safety rope switch has been installed around the hazardous area of the equipment. On the side or rear that cannot be covered by the grating, any person can trigger a global shutdown command by touching or pulling the safety rope, providing a safety net without blind spots for complex workshop environments.

4,Streamlined Maintenance and Service Support
Due to the design of the bottom mounted oil cylinder, it is particularly important to inspect the sealing components of the cylinder. It is necessary to regularly observe whether there is any leakage at the oil circuit interface, and pay special attention to whether the fastening screws of the cylinder flange and cylinder rod are loose and tighten them in a timely manner. Regular maintenance of the heating system requires checking the quality of the heat transfer oil. Due to long-term use, the heat transfer oil may undergo chemical and physical changes, resulting in increased viscosity, residual carbon content, and acid value, which can affect the normal use of the system. In terms of electrical systems, the usage status of each component and travel limit switch inside the electrical control box should be checked monthly.
