This down-stroke two-layer hot press adopts a frame steel structure with a modular layout in blue and orange. Hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the upper frame with layered platens. Equipped with a thermal oil circulation heating system and hydraulic driving system, it supports an adjustable temperature range and delivers stable forming pressure via the hydraulic structure. It is used for laminating, shaping and surface embossing of mats, serving as the core forming unit for yoga mat production lines.
The machine is built with two independent working layers to carry out hot pressing simultaneously, expanding working stations within the floor space of a single unit. Compared with single-layer models, the double-layer structure allows processing two sets of workpieces within one pressing cycle for flexible production scheduling, matching the steady continuous batch production requirement of factories. The down-stroke hydraulic transmission ensures synchronized movement of platens and reduces idle waiting caused by motion deviation in each cycle.
The integrated welded steel frame provides structural load margin for continuous cyclic pressing conditions. A safety guard mesh encloses the moving platen zone to prevent accidental contact by operators. The hydraulic circuit is fitted with pressure limiting protection to cap pressure when exceeding preset values. Electric control components are arranged in separate compartments with standardized wiring, lowering electrical failure risks during long continuous operation.
It is mainly used for large-scale yoga mat manufacturing, suitable for hot forming, surface embossing and lamination of TPE, EVA and foam sports mat substrates. It matches yoga mat OEM factories and gym mat production lines for processing anti-slip mats and thick exercise mats, and also supports low-temperature pressing for similar flexible foam sheets.
Hydraulic power pack, oil cylinders and thermal oil pipelines are modularized for easy point inspection and spare part replacement. Heating pipelines on platens are divided into zones so local heating units can be inspected separately. Routine maintenance covers hydraulic oil level and quality check, safety guard fixation inspection, terminal tightening and circulation oil filter cleaning. Reserved access space allows regular maintenance without extensive machine disassembly.
