This 500-ton cold press adopts a downward hydraulic pressing layout supported by a rigid gantry-type frame. A multi-cylinder synchronous drive system works together with a generous daylight opening, allowing thick or stacked panels to be positioned without difficulty. Forklift channels built into the table surface help operators move workpieces in and out of the press. Lamination is carried out by maintaining hydraulic pressure at room temperature, without a heating stage, which suits cold-bonding tasks such as veneer-faced boards, aluminum honeycomb panels, and stainless steel doors.
