This 500T cold press features a top-down hydraulic pressing structure with heavy gantry frame construction. Equipped with multi-cylinder synchronous hydraulic drive unit and sufficient opening stroke of pressing plate, it includes forklift slots on the workbench for easy workpiece loading and unloading. The machine completes panel composite lamination through hydraulic pressure holding without heating process, making it ideal for cold gluing work of various panels including veneer panels, aluminum honeycomb panels, and stainless steel doors.
