Designed for the lamination process of small-and-medium-size panels, this automatic glue dispensing machine features an industrial frame-type main body with integrated roller conveyor. The operation unit and gluing zone are arranged separately. Its compact and well-structured layout facilitates on-site placement in factories.

The machine performs automatic proportioning and dispensing of two-component adhesives to replace conventional manual gluing. It supports two-part adhesives of various viscosities. Built-in PLC and touch-screen control architecture allows all operation settings on the human-machine interface. It supports continuous gluing for small panels of varied specifications and meets gluing requirements for sandwich panel manufacturing.
