Product Overview

The high-frequency cold press features an integrated design that combines the hydraulic system with the high-frequency power supply. The machine adopts a heavy-duty frame-type structure with a compact arrangement of the pressing unit and electrical cabinet, providing favorable frame rigidity. Unlike conventional hot-press approaches, this equipment integrates a hydraulic pressing mechanism with a high-frequency generator to achieve targeted heating and curing of adhesive layers under cold-press operating conditions.

Production Performance: High-frequency energy is directed internally at the adhesive layers, concentrating heat at the bonding interfaces rather than heating the entire workpiece. Consistent pressure output helps maintain relatively uniform force distribution across the workpiece surface.
