Product Overview

This high-frequency cold press adopts an integrated design that combines the hydraulic system and high-frequency power supply. The body features a heavy-duty frame structure, with a compact arrangement of the press unit and electrical cabinet, and sufficient frame rigidity. Unlike conventional hot-press solutions, this machine utilizes a hydraulic pressing mechanism together with a high-frequency generator, enabling targeted heating and curing of adhesive layers under cold-press operating conditions.

Superior Production Capacity: High-frequency energy acts internally on adhesive layers, concentrating heat at bonding interfaces rather than heating the entire workpiece. Stable pressure output helps achieve relatively even force distribution across the full surface of workpieces.
Security Guarantee: Multi-dimensional electrical protections are provided, including over-current, over-voltage, and door-interlock safety functions. The hydraulic system incorporates standard pressure protection logic to prevent overpressure operation.
