This right-angle hot press is an integrated pressing equipment featuring an L-frame structural design. The complete unit adopts a heavy-load, space-saving layout with L-shaped front and rear conveying platforms to enable coordinated operation of vertical main pressure and side pressure. It utilizes electric heating paired with thermal oil circulation, along with a multi-set hydraulic cylinder system, and allows for tilt adjustment of workpieces. The equipment covers the full operation process from feeding, laminating to discharging for large-format panels.
Coordinated compression in vertical and side directions applies multi-directional pressing force on right-angle joints, reducing partial lamination defects. Integrated L-shaped conveying platforms accommodate large-dimension workpieces with high-temperature resistant conveyor materials.
Multi-cylinder limiting structure restricts travel range to prevent over-travel. Physical separation between conveying platforms and main machine body reduces operator contact risks. Indirect heating through thermal oil lowers safety hazards.
Primarily used for hot-press lamination of honeycomb panels, sandwich composite materials, and various door panels. Widely applied in building panel production, composite material processing, and prefabricated panel manufacturing.
Daily maintenance focuses on hydraulic oil condition. Regular checks recommended for sealing performance, conveyor material wear status, and circulation motor running state. Most inspection and repair tasks can be completed during equipment shutdown.
