The right-angle hot press is a pressing machine that adopts an L-frame integrated structure. The overall equipment features a robust and space-saving design, incorporating L-shaped front and rear conveyor platforms to enable synchronized vertical main-pressure and side-pressure operations. It utilizes electric heating combined with a thermal oil circulation system and a multi-group hydraulic cylinder setup. The machine allows for workpiece tilt adjustment and covers the complete process sequence of feeding, laminating, and discharging for large-size panels.
This equipment is suitable for hot-press lamination of honeycomb panels and sandwich composite materials, as well as lamination forming of various door panels. It finds application in building panel manufacturing, composite material processing, and prefabricated panel production.
Daily maintenance primarily involves checking hydraulic oil condition. Regular inspections of sealing performance, conveyor medium wear, and circulation motors are recommended. Most inspection and repair tasks can be performed when the machine is stopped.
