Right-Angle Hot Press Machine with 80T Main & 43T Side Pressure and 6500mm Platen for Aluminum Honeycomb Panels

This right-angle hot press is an integrated laminating machine with an L-frame structure. The equipment combines heavy-duty performance with a compact footprint, and is equipped with L-shaped front and rear conveying platforms to enable simultaneous vertical main pressing and lateral auxiliary pressing. It adopts electric heating with thermal oil circulation and a multi-group hydraulic cylinder system, and supports workpiece tilt adjustment. The machine covers the complete workflow of feeding, laminating, and discharging for large-size panels.

Delivers vertical and side compression in a synchronized manner, applying multi-directional compaction to the right-angle joints of panels, which helps reduce the risk of incomplete lamination in localized areas. The integrated L-shaped conveying platforms can accommodate large-dimension workpieces and are fitted with high-temperature-resistant conveyor media.

Multi-cylinder limit structure constrains cylinder stroke and helps prevent over-travel situations. Physical separation between the conveying platforms and the main machine body provides protection against accidental human-machine contact. The indirect heating method using thermal oil contributes to lowering potential safety risks.

Primarily used for hot-press lamination of honeycomb panels and sandwich composite materials, as well as for laminate forming of various door panels. The equipment finds wide application in building panel manufacturing, composite material processing, and prefabricated panel production.

Routine maintenance focuses on the condition of the hydraulic oil. Periodic checks are recommended for sealing performance, wear of the conveyor medium, and the operation of circulation motors. Most inspection and repair tasks can be carried out while the machine is stopped.
