Product Overview

Built with an aluminum-alloy frame and flat conveyor table, this corona treater integrates the discharge module, electrical control unit, and conveying structure into a compact inline configuration for continuous panel processing. The enclosed corona treatment module uses high-voltage corona discharge to pretreat the panel surface, inducing changes in the surface state and adjusting its physical and chemical characteristics. This provides suitable surface conditions for subsequent gluing, lamination, and coating operations.

The straight-through conveying layout facilitates connection with existing panel processing equipment and can be arranged according to the workflow of the production line.
