The top-press hydraulic layout delivers well-distributed pressure, minimizing surface defects caused by uneven force. Thermal-oil circulation provides consistent heating across platens, improving finished-panel flatness and reducing risks of delamination or poor bonding.
Equipped with a centralized electric control unit featuring pressure gauges and emergency-stop components for rapid shutdown under abnormal conditions. Protective safety mesh isolates moving hydraulic zones, while safety warning labels mark lifting and operational precautions. The hydraulic system includes pressure protection to prevent over-pressure operation, and the thickened welded frame limits structural deformation under pressing loads.
