Dual Station Electric Automatic Feeding Hot Press

The dual-station electric automatic feeding hot press is a high-efficiency automated system purpose-engineered for composite material pressing and consolidation applications. Operating through alternating dual-station workflow combined with electric precision feeding architecture, this equipment achieves continuous hot pressing of a diverse range of materials—including wood veneer panels, aluminum honeycomb structures, decorative laminates, and coated panels—significantly elevating throughput while substantially reducing manual intervention.

The complete machine adopts a left-and-right dual-station alternating configuration, equipped with an electric servo-driven automatic feeding mechanism. A precision servo motor drives the screw or chain transmission system to achieve accurate positioning, smooth material transfer, and rapid slab indexing. This closed-loop control architecture enables operators to load and unload materials at one station while thermal compression proceeds simultaneously at the adjacent station, creating an uninterrupted "load-and-press" production rhythm. Dual-station machines can process two workpieces within one cycle, delivering substantially higher daily output compared to conventional single-station models.
